Property Inspection

U-Turn Properties offers a variety of inspection services. Whatever your need, we have a service for you. Contact us and find out how we can help.

Property Inspection:
A property inspection is an independent, unbiased review and report on the physical structures of a property, its systems, components and their condition. You should expect no less than full professionalism, education, competence, credentials, and knowledge from their Property Inspector. This is why U-Turn has gone out of its way to contract courteous, professional and certified NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) home inspectors.

  • Basic - This inspection provides an external examination of the property along with photo support showing the status of the property.
  • Standard - This inspection provides a structural and mechanical inspection of the property with photo support.
  • Full - This inspection provides a structural and mechanical inspection of the property as followed by the standards and practices of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). Also provided will be a full field report along with supporting photos and a summary report detailing any and all damage and its approximated value of retail repair costs.

Bankruptcy Inspection:
This inspection provides the current condition of the property, the occupancy status and if there are any existing or potential conditions that could impact the value of the premises. We will NOT CONTACT the occupants of the property when completing this type of inspection. If the property appears to be vacant, we will attempt to enter the property and approximate the dollar amount of any damage or defects with the property.

Insurance Loss Inspection:
This inspection provides the inspector's opinion of the approximate percentage of repairs completed based on the type and dollar amount of damage. We will attempt to make contact with the homeowner within 72 hours of the inspection request date.

Occupancy Determination:
The primary purpose of this inspection is to determine whom, if anybody is occupying the property. The full names, contact phone numbers, any rental information (if applicable), agent or property manager information and the number of units will be provided, if it can be determined at the time of inspection.

If you don't see the service you need listed here, it doesn't mean we don't offer it. Contact Us and we'll respond within 24 hours.
